As you trek to the snowy peaks of the Himalayas, you will realize that the mountains remain dazzling white even under the Sun. Bhujabasa on the way is the only place take which has provisions for meals and overnight stay.

The path leading to Gaumukh is full of boulders and rocks which makes it every important for trekkers to be vigilant. The river Bhagirathi begins to flow from a cave made up of glacier. This glacier is 4255 m above sea-level. The crystal clear water of this sacred river has a very divine taste.

Gangotri is bounded by the grandeur of nature. Its dense forest comprising of deodar, oak, pine and rhododendron trees gives it a very primitive look. This trek is for the zealous adventure lovers who are eager to experience rock climbing, mountain climbing, boulder jumping and glacier traversing.
